•	Full time professional San Jose bagpiper. Available on short notice for Scottish and Irish weddings, funerals, & other events, seven days per week, all hours.
•	Scottish & Irish traditional pipe music, wide selection available. Highland bagpipes for large venues, Scottish smallpipes for intimate settings.
•	Serving the San Jose area, Silicon Valley, Central and Northern California, Sacramento and Reno. Will travel throughout the U.S.
•	Choose from many styles of dress (available kilts: Hunting Buchanan, Ancient Buchanan, County Wexford).
•	Thoughtful and courteous service. Unlimited phone consultation in preparation for your event. Bagpiping references available.
•	Bagpipe lessons are available. Dancers and pipe band also available.

Three time Western U.S. Bagpipe Champion Fred Payne performs as a bagpipe player/soloist at events in the San Jose area and throughout California. Fred is available for events in Central and Northern California, including San Jose, the San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Oakland, Sacramento, and Reno. Fred has performed recently with San Francisco Opera (2011), The California Symphony (2010), The Napa Valley Symphony (2008), and The Diablo Symphony (2008). Fred is an active member of the WUSPBA.

Fred is available for all events: weddings, anniversaries, memorials, funerals, graveside services, retirements, birthdays, graduations, banquets, community and corporate events, conventions, grand openings, country clubs, golf courses, wineries, festivals, fund raisers, reunions, showers, studio sessions.
