Fred Payne performs as a soloist at events throughout California. He performs regularly with Bushmill's San Francisco Irish Pipers and The Monterey Bay Pipe Band. Fred has also performed with two symphony orchestras in 2008 alone. He is available for all events: weddings, anniversaries, memorials, funerals, graveside services, retirements, birthdays, graduations, banquets, community and corporate events, conventions, grand openings, country clubs, golf courses, wineries, festivals, fund raisers, reunions, showers, studio sessions.
